Agree with the poster who notes that any high volume boat will likely be too large. At your size (at any size, really), reducing the wetted area you have to push through the water equals more FUN while paddling. Even small kayaks hold much more than the largest packback, so a week's outing s/b no problem. Sounds like you need a 16 footer or so, designed for a smaller paddler. Check the Pygmy Tern 14, the Laughing Loon Shooting Star, the Outer Island, Bestie Bay Aral, CLC Arctic Hawk, and other lower-volume boats more suited to your physique.
