I´m trying to install Nick system using a sort of yakima footbrace with an enlarged foot rest area.
If you don´t like it on the floor how about glueing it all to the deck?

I am looking for ideas on building a set of adjustable foot braces. I have
: used the adjustable bulkhead type that is in Nick's book, but I didn't
