I'm just doing the hull on a S & G San Javier double I've put about 3 coats of epoxy on the hull and have noticed a sort of orange peel effect in some areas I'm using fiber-tech aqua set epoxy it's a phenol based epoxy , I put the coats on within 24 hrs of each other so I wouldn't have to sand between coats I think I'll have to put on one more coat and am wondering if maybe I should sand with 120 or 220 grit so the finish will be smooth . Does anyone have any advice so that I can prevent this effect ? thanks Bert
