Hi Bert, sometimes epoxy takes a log time to fully harden. I had that problem when I glassed my first boat / you see it on the Board from time to time. Who knows why: not thoroughly mixed, bad ratio, bad vibes? Most of the time it eventually sets up. If the joint won't come apart then that's a good sign. Let it sit for a few days. Don't do anything drastic yet.
