Looks like it is available in 36 inch width. Why not cover the whole bottom of the hull with one piece, and the deck with another. For that matter, why not put some over a layer of dacron or canvas for a nice waterproof, UV resistant skin for an SOF? It should be very easy to patch minor tears -- just apply another layer of tape a few inches larger than the tear.

Just a thought.
