I am about to make the cockpit cut out on the Guillemot I am building and I am looking for feedback on the size. Do most people who build this boat go with 30 x 17? I was thinking of 29 x 15.5. Would that be too tight? Does it make a big difference for rolling, etc.? Any thoughts or opinions on this would be appreciated.
