Strip: Shooting Star Hull wet out *Pic*

Finally got around to loading up a picture of the Shooting Star with the hull glassed. The bow pieces came out a nice dark red which is hard to tell in the picture. The white blotches along the hull are from a reflection or dirt on the lense.I hope it wasn't caused from dropping the wifes'camera earlier I took some pics outside that day in the sun but I haven't had the film developed yet.Deck is almost stripped now and I'll be using the Padauk wood for the cockpit. Still debating over doing the recess cockpit or not for the wife. She wants to know what the pros and cons are of the recessed cockpit?
