Thanks John and Daren. Your responses help take some of the fear factor out and have helped for jigging ideas. I have been worried that my slots will end up not so pretty. I have practiced with some ideas so for (not on the boat) and I havn't been totally satisfied with the results. These being a dremel...underpowered, and a router....too large of a base plate. My next step was going to be to investigate those roto-zip tools. But I have only seen 1/8" bits for these and would like to find something smaller.

What kind of bit did you use in your setups?
