This is what happened to me using the can foam spray used for windows and doors. I bought a plastic seat for my kayak and wanted the bottom to conform to my hull. I put plastic sheeting inside the kayak bottom to keep the seat from sticking to the hull. Then I sprayed the seat bottom and mashed it into the hull and the seat bottom comformed to the hull shape. Then the next day I put a coat of epoxy on the foam so I could later velcro it to the hull and have a good serface to attach to. What happened, very very slowly was the Raka epoxy slowly eat the foam to the point that it didn't fit the shape of the hull anymore. This didn't show up for several days.
