I'm using West System and all the threads disappered where there was enough epoxy.

I just tried the hull. Got about 4' and bailed. Ripped it off while it was still tacky so I don't have to sand it all off.

I am going to need to take another approach. It appears the answer to this sruff is a LOT of epoxy and very little brush or what ever action. It wet out clear at every epoxy overlap. It looks like it likes to grab micro bubbles???If I am making foam in the brush it doesn't wet out completely. Where the brush stops, it wets out. I think I am going to try smearing it around with a squegee. Haven't figured out how to do that effectively on the stem and stern where it is nearly vertical.

I'll give my self an emotional rest and have at it again. Sometimes I'm too damn stubborn for my own good.
