Hello, I moved mine 2000 miles in a cargo container over land and sea, stripped, on the forms, with no 'glass. Once it arrived here I moved it on top of my truck to the house. Then I left it on the porch covered with plastic for nearly a year before I finally got the chance to finish it. No problems whatsoever. The main thing is to be careful about keeping water out. If you used yellow glue it will loosen if it gets wet, although it would have to really get wet. Mine did get rained on a couple of times when the plastic blew off, but no problems. You might get some discoloration from condensation if you store it a long time, but it will sand out. Mine got little water marks on the deck, but those did sand out very easily by hand.
