Bryan your rigging looks as functional and attractive as any I have seen. My Solace is ready for the deck rigging. I have tried the soft webbing attachments that I beleive Joe came up with and the traditional black nylon ones on previous kayaks. I am considering using the wood beads you can get in craft stores this time. I am thinking of just drilling out a larger hole, cutting them in half and gluing them on. I think you would want to sand down to the epoxy and epoxy them on. They will have the disadvantage of being a little larger and probably not as strong. Has anyone tried this before or does anyone have any thoughts? By the way the Solace turned out nice. I want to let the epoxy set for a couple more weeks in this cold temperature and then I will test in the Salt Lake.
