Looked at them and while they would work, they don't appeal to me. Look like they could be annoying to use. The Moby latches are interesting to me, but I really like straps. They are simple and they work. I always like the KISS methods. I sort of like the way they look too. Just not crazy about carving slots in the hull and then trying to seal it up, but the soft pad eye idea looks better than anything else I have come up with.
