The people at WEST are knowledgeable and friendly. I'd call them before you put in a lot of extra work that may not be needed. Perhaps if you recoated within a quick time period, you might be OK ??. If you allowed a lot of days before you recoated, you might compromise the bond.

For those who don't know, you can tell if you have blush if you can pull a mark in the shine with your finger. Once epoxy is washed with water, you can't do that.
