: Doing that now. Outdoor Acrylic paint on front, on one piece, back
: on another. Polyurethane on front on one piece and back on
: another. What are some goods tests to do after it dries?

Abrasion - rub on gravel
Puncture - Stab with screwdriver
Tear - Start a cut with scissors or knife, the try to tear it
Flexibility - Bend/fold repeatedly and check for cracking
Waterproof - Make it cup/bowl shaped and fill with water, check for leakage
