Shop: Durable strongback

Looking to build a new strongback that will be used over and over. I know there are LOTS of ways to do this. But I want to build a long strongback that doesn't weight so much that I can't put it up on the rack to store by myself. My thought is to built a plywood box beam, notch the joints and glue and screw it together. Then I can just add a board to top to be my sacrificial piece.

I just found Ocean One's "T" shapped and I like that, expect that I have to mount it to the saw horses.

Just looking for a good ideas.
