Hi Clayton,
I am using the pax 20 hull as a platform. Have reduced width at beam and catch, raised sheer line from cockpit forward, removed bow transom. i have some progress pics onyoutube - search for BoofHead65 if interested.

I expect that th understern rudder will alleviate yhe problem but if not, I will think about reshaping the stern keel line. Forthis reason, i will use temporary decks for and aft until I am happy.
