PU glue is just on of those things I always have around for repairs when I don't want to mix epoxy. it sticks well to metal, plastic etc.

You can get a small bottle of Elmers PU glue at Wallmart for $3. But it's more fun to try to outsmart the system and figure out ways to make it last forever even if it cost you $24 for a propane torch.
