Yes and no.

You can print on a home printer just as you print the forms and glue the A4 sheets together. There are registration marks printed to make alignment accurate.

There is no provision for tilting the bulkhead., but a bit of manual adjustment of the shape makes that possible. The sides stay close to the line and the top and bottom are cut a bit outside the lines.
