Sex wax works wonders for surboards, but i'd be wary of trying it on paddles to improve grip. Sex wax melts easily, it only stays on a surfboard because the wax is in the water 99% of the time (too get rid of old wax, all we do is set the board in the sun, the wax melts right off). Body heat and friction would probably liquify the wax quickly, eliminating any benefits. Hope this helps.
