Get a grip. When we build boats we work with some very nasty power tools and chemicals. Treat them stupidly, and you're going to find yourself having simlar pictures taken. Postings of the effects of power tools is a *very* effective and important reminder of the horrible powers of the equipment we use. I don't think I ever met a high school shop teacher that didn't have a jar with a pickled finger in it from some fool that thought power tools were perfectly safe for casual stupid use.

Your rants about protecting the children are absurd, especially since you posted it under a profane and vulger subject line. A child that joins in this board to learn about building a boat should learn *all* about building a boat, including what can happen by being dumb with it. It goes even into paddling our boats, with warnings and discussions about the less pleasant times out there on the water. Like finding yourself swamped in winter waters with a storm coming up, wishing you wren't so foolish as to have ventured out without telling anyone what you were doing.

If you feel so strongly that psychiatric care is needed for people that do not believe in censorship, and prefer open honesty about the dangers of the building of our crafts, or the operating of our crafts, then sir I say you are the one sorely in need of care. And personally, I wouldn't miss in the slightest your leaving to seek such care. For I do not like censorship of important information, or those that attempt to censor it.

Rant mode off.
