I deal with three different wholesale houses for work that carry ply, none carry any marine ply and only one said that they could get it for me. Shipping is way steep, even if I'm willing to wait for a bigger order and have it top loaded. There is Clark Craft, about an hours drive, but they do mostly power boat stuff so there is nothing thinner than 1/4" there and about $20 a sheet more than Noah's, but better than the shipping costs. Luan is looking better all the time.
