Thanks for the offer, alas, I live in Calgary Alberta, so it would be a long drive.

I think I'll do my gillemot first, and perhaps try a small lauan version for the wife... I'm also considering a reduced version of the great Auk, or perhaps Ted Moore's Venture. Of course then my wife will have a much prettier boat the I, maybe I'll have to build three kayaks. ;-).
