As your applying the fillets keep a close eye on the string vs. keel line and periodically recheck with the horizontal winding sticks. If the hull appears to have moved, just move it back into alignment. If the wires are tight, the hull will keep its shape and alignment while the fillets are curing. Normally the front and rear bulkheads are fixed in place, either permanently or temporarily to aid in retention of the hull's shape and alignment.

Taking precaution so the hull is not bumped or moved from its position while applying the fillets and when they're curing is also a must.
