I found out the hard way that epoxy sensitivity only gets worse, and in my case also seemed to promote sensitivity to several other substances. I have never had skin or allergy problems before but now can get a reaction just being in the same house as epoxy. My advice is to take all precautions to avoid contact and breathing but if it becomes obvious that the rash is caused by epoxy exposure, you should avoid the stuff at all costs. It is not worth the health problems later. As Daren said, you can always build a SOF. They are a lot of fun too.
