I really have no idea why the epoxy in those two joints didn't harden but they shifted because the stitching and forms put pressure on them. I put my new heat gun on the worst one last night and was able to pull it completely apart. With more heat gun use, it was relatively easy to use a cabinet scraper to remove the old gummy stuff. So now I'll just cut the wires and take the rest of the panel off and reglue that scarf joint. Maybe we just did a bad job on that mix. We're using RAKA. The others seem to be holding fine, so I assume we just screwed one up.

I went out yesterday and picked up some 10 ml syringes and medicine size measuring cups for doing small batches. Will try to pay close attention on the bigger batches too. Do you mark those plastic cups somehow?
