I've used sea socks in my Pygmy double and in my plastic single. I have not had any trouble in either boat. The sock can take getting used to when you first get in the boat, trying to situate your feet, but after that is no problem. I have found the sock to be very warm on cold days. The extra of keeping the boat clean inside is very nice as well as loading the boat through the cockpits and then placing the sea socks makes loading easy and fast. On my next boat, Arctic Tern in the garage waiting to be built, I am installing bulkheads just because. If you don't have bulkheads I would highly recommend the sock. They are available from Pygmy boats.

Have fun, Tom
