I'm building Tom Yost See Tour 15 Exp for some time. The frame is nearly complete, but when I took it off from the strongback I noticed that the frame twisted in spiral way. On the strongback everything seemed ok but now there is a nearly 8 degrees twist from bow to the stern. I'm not sure what went wrong - it is possible that my wood is twisting or may be it is error with my setup. Anyway I've decided to take the boat to water and see how it handles.

She floats nicely, accelerate very fast and unfortunately - there was a drift to the right. I guess it is from this twist. Stability is exceptional even for beginner like me.

So the big question is - to finish it and to look for some way to compensate the twist (additional skeg or something like that or to twist the floor/seat to compensate with body weight) or to fire the pure boat and to start again. Any suggestions?
