: him to raise the deck by an inch and lengthen it by 6 inches to a total of
: 17'10" with a 23" beam. I do a lot of extended trips up the
: coast and wanted to be sure I had enough storage for at least a couple of
: weeks. Haven't tried packing it yet so that learning curve is still ahead
: of me!

Well, you'll certainly get a lot of gawkers with that boat. Good luck on your expeditions. How far up the coast from Vancouver can you get in a week or two? I've done some chartering in the area and am just curious. We all need to know about good paddling spots.
