: the quick set epoxy that is thick. I have used it a lot and this was the
: last of the of that batch. I had no failures before so I have to assume it
: was something I did and not the epoxy. Air makes as much sense as

Using the last of a batch of resin can be trouble on occasion, sometimes it's hard to get the exact correct ratio of resin to hardener and if it's off even a little the strengths are compromised.
