The only dealers in Michigan for the Outer Island are in Portage (the other side of the state) or in the Upper Peninsula. Hundreds of miles. It appears that I am getting many of the same answers throughout the forums. Most say that the curves do not provide much useful comparitive information and no one has any good comparitive examples of commonly available commercial boats to any strip-built kayaks.

Kind of disappointing.
