Skin-on-Frame: Alignment Problems

HI There,

I'm building Tom Yost's Sea Flea with and for my son. At the weekend we setup the frames on a strongback and wrapped the stringers around. I had a couple of goes to get everything looking fair, but when I took the temporarily screwed and lashed frame of the stongback I had some major springback of the keel. Basically the resulting frame has no rocker which leaves the gunwales with a bit of a kink. The chine stringers seemed to have the hardest bend in them, and I think they are 'overpowering' the lesser bend in the keel and gunwales.

Does it sound like I've done something obviously wrong? Does anybody have any tips on how I can rescue the build?

Regards,
Andy.
