I've seen http://www.qualitynylonrope.com/ recommended but haven't dealt with them (they don't ship to Canada, IIRC).
For deck lines I like Samson Trophy braid (fuzzy cover) - a search will turn up Defender and other marine suppliers.
I think some of the kit kayak companies also sell deck rigging.
I've bought hatches from Newfound and the service was excellent; they sell some deck rigging supplies.
