What I do is to rought up the edges of the blade, then use tape to create a form of sorts around the blade. I then take thickened epoxy and build a new edge all around the edge of the blade. I build it up about a 1/4 inch all around, or maybe a little thicker and then sand it back to 1/4 inch later. After it cures I file/sand it to a nice fair shape. This is quick and easy to do. Make sure your epoxy mix isn't brittle, and it will wear well. When it comes time to build it up again due to wear and abuse, just repeat the process.
