Absolutely, I did not mean to imply that the software has problems, just that we can't be sure what causes the problem. It may very well be pilot error since using software of any kind always has some inherent risks and difficulties. Curious if you can track this down.

That ought to do. Personally I printed out the angles and beveled the edges using a belt sander. It is impossible to be exact so I aim for 45 degrees or 60 degrees depending on what angles. Despite this inaccuracy I believe that it enhances the strength of the final construction and makes the stitching of strongly curved plywood easier. Using a belt sander must be done with great care because you can also create gaps before you know it.
