Like Charlie, I'm a little confused about the cockpit dimensions and the two cockpits. But a 14 foot by 20 inch kayak is about the right size for someone in the 100-125 lb. weight range. And still a lot of fun for someone slightly larger.
I don't think it would be a bad choice to shorten a 15 foot or even a 16 foot design if the beam was kept at 20". Personally, I'd build a 14 foot Anas Acuta ;)
