If you have cross section data of a S&G design that you like, I have software that can scale your design (width/beam) to any size you like by changing 2 numbers, and add rocker if you like by just another single number. You can change anything else for that matter, too.

For strippers this is easy to do anyway of course but by the time you are done with building a stripper, your son will have outgrown the design already. So go S&G and accept that you may have to use software to produce the panel shapes for your custom model because of your special requirements.
