A scaled down Outer Island might work. I have one that is scaled overall to 90% and then shortened to 15 ft and could easily be shortened to 14 ft. Mine is 19 in wide and incredibly stable. I think the depths are(with a cockpit recess, they would be higher without the recess) about 8.5 in in the front and 6.5 in in the back. Its a great kayak and handles really good. On the other hand, I had a Cirrus Lt for about a year and loved it except it was much too big for me. I would be really interested to see what the smaller size is like.
