Whoops! I just reread my response and noticed I dummied up. The CE should be over or a little BEHIND the LCA. A little weather cocking is better than le cocking.
: To trim for weathercocking the center of effort (CE) (lateral center of area
: above the waterline) needs be over, or a little in front of, the lateral
: center of area (LCA) (below the waterline).
