Pretty much. But you don't always stay in the boat...this is where the drysuit comes in handy.

You can wear a drytop over a farmer john for immersion protection, which is good to fairly low temperatures...but the FJ is still clammy and a little restrictive.

A little...depends on your tunnel and coaming seals. That's not a big issue.

Oh yes! With booties, the only things that get wet are your face and hands. It's lovely! ;)
