In Response To: Neoprene Cuffs vs Laytex Gaskets (grant)
: Ok I am getting the picture now. The next step down from dry tops are splash
: jackets. Most seem to use neoprene for cuffs and the next. Probably more
: comfortable than the gaskets but wetter?
Depends on your definition of comfortable!
My definition is d-r-y. You can trim latex gaskets so they're not restrictively tight, and still keep water out.
: What would one expect during
: sculling and rolling? Water rolling down your neck?
Yup.
