Not to far from me, I´m building the 17 EXP my self and got the same problem. Not as bad as yours but any way it worries me. It´s the bow that is the problem about 1 cm/half inch aside after section 1. I havent had opportunity to test it in water yet because the ice. If you take a look at my blog (in part 11)you can see how I test to fix it. Maybe you can fix the kelson, take a completely straight spruce stringer aboute 1/4 inch thick and 1/2 inch wide and glue it to the kelson then it should go strait.. hopfully....
