Thanks for the pics.
You must be looking forward to getting to work with 'real wood' once the strongback and forms are done. ;-)

1) The spray Loctite adhesive I used is really not optimal for OSB. The surface isn't smooth enough. I think contact cement really would have worked better.

Whenever I've tried gluing paper patterns to form material I've had some sort of problem, so you are not alone! At least the contact-type/rubber adhesives don't cause the paper to stretch and distort.

(going to try and go staple-less.....maybe)

That's probably a good idea; I'm not sure how well OSB will hold staples, though the stuff you have may be 'better quality' than the OSB I got once.
