Thanks for taking care of Nick.

I know this started out about a question you had, which I think I understand, but would rather let others answer. So as I understand it: The boat has 'glass on it with just the initial wetout epoxy. You're ready to do fill coats but the bonding issues are 1) there might be blush, 2) there might be outside contamination, and 3) the wetout coat is fully cured, limiting chemicial bonding between layers.

I think that some others here have experienced this situation and will chime in with answers.
