: Thanks SMF, I really enjoy looking at those little boats. 6' is pretty big,
: you could almost throw a kid or the dog in that thing or use it as an
: outrigger. Make two of them and you have the base for your crabbing
: platform :)

Thanks Chip, I really enjoy building them. I suppose these would work well for outriggers, although I still prefer Paul's foam plug idea better. Just read my email from Vaclav regarding building/selling models based on his Cirrus design and he said that as long as it has the Cirrus name and OneOceanKayak printed somewhere (appropriately scaled, so you can read it) there's no fee for reproducing small size like this. This one will be sold once finished (I need Christmas money) to a guy that has wanted one of my models for quite some time, and is willing to pay around $500 to $600 bucks. But displayed in the living room in his million dollar house on the lake, is the equivalent to $50 of my money. When are you gonna start one?

This is a close-up of the carbon hull Guillemot, I just can't get a good picture of how cool the carbon looks on this model. The two Guillemot models were gifts to my sons, in order to justify to my wife to build them.
