Strip: Gaps inside hull

I've got the outside of the hull and deck glassed and am sanding the inside of the hull. I didn't get the rolling bevels matched up very well on the first few strips around the curve. The joints look good on the outside but on the inside there is a gap nearly full length of the boat between several of the strips where I beveled too much. The gaps will be visible inside the cockpit. I considered using carbon fiber or tinting the epoxy in the cockpit to conceal the gaps. If I want to leave the wood bright, I assume I need to fill the gaps before glassing. Any suggestions on what I should do?
